I went to eat Teppanyaki with my friends at night and chose two dinner one-person Teppanyaki meals for $998.
The set is quite rich, first with appetizers: mint salad, eggplant and raw chicken. First time eating raw chicken, I didn't expect it to taste good, a bit like smoked salmon. Then came the oysters, big and fresh! There are five kinds of sashimi: red sea shrimp, oily fish, tonga, scallops and tuna. I like that the toga is plump enough and the shrimp oil is fresh enough.
After eating, I had a cup of hot tea and then it was time for the Teppanyaki part. The bacon was huge and very fresh, still moving on the iron plate. The bacon is tender and well seasoned. Love the bacon liver more fragrant! For the main course I chose the white squid and Kagoshima black hair pork shoulder.
The crust of the fish is pan-fried until golden brown and crispy, and the fish is smooth enough. The meat of the black-haired pork shoulder is fried just right, not old; and the sauce is quite good. Then eat the steamed egg with black truffle flavor very fragrant! Finally, the fried rice is very special and sour. After eating half of the fried rice, half of it is left. You can eat rice with tea. Dessert is chocolate ice cream~
