𓉩 Smokeless Korean BBQ in the lab

Lab 10, located in Langham Place, is a Korean BBQ restaurant with a laboratory theme. Their unique selling point is their smokeless Korean BBQ. I'd heard it highly recommended by a friend, and after eating it, my clothes and hair didn't smell at all.

This time, I ordered the Supreme (Angus) dinner set. For $298 per person, it includes all-you-can-eat beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables, plus a variety of fruity sodas.

I especially recommend the "Full Beef Platter," which features seven cuts of beef, including tongue, shank, sirloin, tenderloin, and shoulder. The beef is incredibly flavorful and high-quality! We quickly refilled! It's truly a treat for beef lovers.

The Korean pork belly is also a must-try. The marbling is beautifully distributed, and the slices are thin, making it incredibly delicious even after grilling. As for seafood, the Hiroshima oysters were plump and rich, and there were also large, crispy tiger prawns and sweet, sand-free clams! And for one price, you get unlimited refills! Great!

The restaurant also has a salad bar in the atrium, featuring vegetables like eggplant and cucumber, as well as prepared dishes like seaweed rice rolls and fries, making for a pretty diverse menu.

To celebrate the restaurant's fourth anniversary, customers can also play the "Pinch the Ball" game for a chance to win a 90% discount, which is quite tempting.
