After work, I returned to Cheung Sha Wan and my boyfriend suddenly said he wanted to eat pizza. I didn't want to go to chain stores to eat pizza, as I felt that pizza from chain stores is usually thicker and oilier, so I found this restaurant in D2 Place, Lai Chi Kok. D2 Place was revitalized from an industrial building, so the restaurant has a high ceiling and a full sense of space. We were arranged to sit in a booth, so it was very comfortable.
We got off work on time and were able to enjoy the Happy Hour buy-one-get-one-free drink offer. My boyfriend and I each ordered a cocktail. Guava Royale is made with pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, and sparkling wine, and it tastes refreshing. Pineapple Mimosa is made with pineapple🍍 juice, mango puree, and sparkling wine. It has a strong mango flavor, and you can also taste a small amount of fruit pulp.
Meatball Parmegiana is sandwiched with evil cheese. The vanilla-flavored tomato sauce🥫 is strong. After eating the meatballs, I dipped some of it with the sourdough bun, and there was still a little left. I couldn't help but put it into my mouth with a spoon🥄.
