A new Western restaurant opened in Sheung Wan!

In the streets of Sheung Wan, many Western restaurants have recently opened. This new restaurant opened not long ago, although the place is not large, the environment is exquisitely decorated, quite romantic and Western style! This restaurant offers a 3-course set meal priced at HK$308 (10% service charge). This time I ordered a three-course set with my friends. We tried six dishes in total! If there is a gathering of friends, a couple date, or even a company dinner is 10 points appropriate!

1) Wagyu beef balls👍🏻
Made into balls with shredded wagyu beef, served with rich tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese!
The meatballs are tender and rich, and the tomato sauce brings a slightly sour rich flavor
Overall, meaty, rich and exciting

2) Fried shrimp for an additional HK$20
Featuring pan-fried scallops, served with cauliflower puree and salmon roe!
The pan-fried shrimp was delicious and quite sweet enough, plus cauliflower as well as salmon caviar .
The overall palate is rich and refined!

Main course:
1) Garlic Chili Spaghetti
Pairing pasta with extra olive oil, garlic and chili, while seemingly simple, the various seasonings are paired appropriately to present a simple and delicious combination. The garlic and chili bring a slightly spicy stimulating food experience, and the pasta is bouncy enough

2) M4 New Yorker Steak (add HK$30) 👍🏻
First of all, I must praise the high quality of the restaurant's selection of ingredients, 4 New Yorker steaks with quality meat and taste
After roasting, it releases a rich beef flavor, fresh but not greasy.
Served with roasted potatoes and rich beef gravy, the combination is hearty and not to be missed

Dessert:

1) Mixed raspberry custard
Sweet and sour! There are fresh strawberries as well as blueberries, and rich milky milk ice cream, smooth mouthfeel!

2) Vanilla ice cream👍🏻
Classic dessert! I myself prefer this dessert because the vanilla flavor is rich enough, and really uses vanilla seeds, smooth mouthfeel plus rich vanilla flavor, which makes people very comfortable to eat
