Popular and delicious restaurant in Hua Hin right now!!

Ko Mak Restaurant is located in Hua Hin, right on the main road, opposite the Klai Kangwon Palace. It's not far from the palace, and parking is convenient. The restaurant operates in two shifts daily: lunch and dinner. We visited during the evening shift, which starts at 5:00 PM. It's recommended to call and make a reservation beforehand.

We arrived early and were among the first customers. Here are the dishes we ordered:
- Stir-fried squid with salted egg: Absolutely the best! Every element of this dish was delicious. You'll want to mix it with steamed rice.
- Moo Kulao: A unique name and an unusual dish, but it's a must-try! It's minced pork that's seasoned and stir-fried, served with fresh vegetables. Loved it! The flavor is slightly salty, but still very enjoyable.
- Spicy seabass curry: Extremely tasty! The curry is spicy yet well-balanced, and the fish is fresh with large chunks. Truly satisfying.
- Oyster omelet: Generous amount of oysters included.

The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was that our table was near a spot where staff gathered, which made it feel a bit less private.
