Check in at Hua Hin with Hua Hin Railway Station before it becomes a museum 🤘🏻
.
The history of Hua Hin Railway Station has been around for quite some time and I heard that it will soon be turned into a museum because a new station is being built. Therefore, when I came to Hua Hin this time, I didn't miss the chance to take a souvenir photo for the last time while the station was still alive.
.
The cream and red railway station with a white sign with red borders and black letters has been a memorable image since I was a child because it's unlike other stations. This building was not originally built to be a railway station, but rather to hold the "Siam Rath Museum" event at Lumphini Park in 1925, but it was not used. The building was then assembled into the station and has been in use until now, which is almost 100 years.
.
Hua Hin Station is an English (Victorian) style architecture with a hip roof that stands out like no other. The colors and patterns on the pillars make it beautiful and unique, truly a symbol of Hua Hin that we won't miss checking in here again.
.
For tourists, coming to Hua Hin Station isn't just about visiting. We also saw people selling tickets, people waiting for the train, the sound of the train passing by, all of which are a delightful experience for traveling that we never get bored of no matter how many times we visit. If you have the chance, find time to check in and take a souvenir photo. #thailand #southernteam #waitingforthedaytodepart #huahin
