Releasing the Soul by the Tranquil Waters of Liyu Lake in Hualien

Liyu Lake in Hualien offers me a rare peaceful corner. This picturesque lake is located in a corner of Hualien County, with clear waters surrounded by mountains, creating a harmonious blend of lake and mountain scenery that makes one feel as if they are merging with nature.
I enjoy strolling by the lake in the early morning or at dusk, listening to the sound of the breeze gently brushing the treetops, with the morning mist or sunset reflecting on the water, making the whole world seem gentle. The lakeside trail is wide and flat, perfect for jogging or cycling, allowing you to exercise while enjoying this charming pastoral scene. Occasionally, you can see local residents leisurely fishing, adding a strong sense of life.
Here, I particularly like to sit on a small bench by the lake, quietly savoring a cup of hand-brewed coffee, letting my soul completely relax, and letting every worry dissipate with the ripples on the lake. Liyu Lake is not only a popular spot for taking photos but also an ideal place for me to slow down my pace of life and return to nature.
