Wangfu Hualien Italian Bistro

I recently discovered this restaurant and went to try it out immediately. The nostalgic design of the place combined with modern elements creates a fantastic atmosphere. The interior has high ceilings and great lighting, making it feel spacious and cool. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including pasta, risotto, bread, and cakes, making it hard to choose! This time, I ordered the pasta, which was rich in sauce and had perfectly chewy noodles—absolutely delicious! The bread dipped in shrimp oil was my favorite; I could easily finish two servings of bread because I loved it so much. Dining here was truly wonderful, and I definitely plan to come back again.
