Jiaxing Ice Fruit Shop - A Must-Try Lemon Juice in Hualien!

When you visit Xincheng in Hualien, you can't miss Jiaxing Ice Fruit Shop. This local old shop is not only a pilgrimage site for tourists but also highly recommended by many locals for its great taste. Even on weekdays, it's crowded, and almost everyone has a bottle of lemon juice in hand!

Golden Lemon Juice vs. Regular Lemon Juice
The most famous items here are the lemon juice and the golden lemon juice (with kumquat). Both are priced the same, with a small bottle at NT$60 and a large bottle at NT$110. Compared to regular lemon juice, the golden lemon juice is less acidic, smoother, and very refreshing.

The shop has a retro style with very bright and cute colors. According to online reviews, they also sell hot food, which I will try next time!
