When visiting Hualien, besides checking out the Songyuan Villa, make sure to stop by the nearby Wosong Park. Admission is free, and the park features a unique reclining pine tree. Additionally, there are various wooden animal sculptures scattered around, making it fun to guess which animals they represent. There's also a small shop inside where you can purchase wooden handicrafts. The park offers plenty of Instagram-worthy spots worth capturing.
