It would be a waste if you missed the beautiful scenery of Huanglong

Huanglong is another popular tourist attraction in Jiuzhaigou, but due to its higher altitude, some people choose not to go there. It would be a waste if you didn’t go. In fact, I personally think Huanglong is more beautiful and more distinctive. Maybe it’s because I didn’t have many expectations before I went there, so I was a little surprised when I got there.

⭐️Visit guide:
It is recommended to take the cable car up the mountain, then take the sightseeing bus to the Jade and Green Pool, and then start walking to the highest point, the Five-Colored Pool, which has the most water in the entire Huanglong Scenic Area.

After seeing the Five Color Pool, you can take the cable car down the mountain or walk down the mountain. I strongly recommend walking down the mountain because there are still many attractions worth seeing.

It takes about 1 hour to walk down the mountain quickly.

🎫 Ticket Price:
Huanglong package (ticket + upward cableway) $140/person + sightseeing bus $10/person
The number of sightseeing buses in the scenic area is limited to 5,000 per day, so remember to book in advance.
If you choose to take the cable car down the mountain, you can only buy a return ticket in the scenic area.

The road down the mountain splits into two roads at Jiexian Bridge. It is recommended to choose the right road to see more attractions.
