Visit Cihu Lake in Huangshi and enjoy the beautiful night view|||Cihu Lake is located in the urban area of Huangshi, Hubei Province. It is a beautiful urban lake, also known as Zhangjia Lake and Nanhu Lake by locals. It is said that there were a large number of magnets in the lake in ancient times, hence the name.
Cihu Lake has a water area of about 10 square kilometers, a catchment area of 62.8 square kilometers, and an average water depth of 1.75 meters.
In 1997, Cihu Scenic Area was approved by the provincial government as a provincial-level scenic spot. Cihu Scenic Area is surrounded by green mountains, with a winding shoreline of 38.5 kilometers. The whole scenic area is beautiful and fresh.
