A trip to Huizhou is truly healing! 🌊 This coastal town offers both azure seas and ancient charm, making a three-day, two-night itinerary perfect!
Day 1: Fun at Shuangyue Bay
📍Shuangyue Bay Observation Deck: Climb up to admire the twin crescent bay view. Arrive before 8 AM for fewer crowds and stunning scenery.
📍Sea Turtle Bay: A must-visit for families, where you can see many giant sea turtles 🐢.
📍Reef Bar: A super popular spot to enjoy signature drinks while watching the sunset—absolutely amazing!
Day 2: Leisurely Xunliao Bay
📍Xunliao Bay Beach: Crystal-clear water and white sand make it ideal for swimming and water fun.
📍Tianhou Palace: A Mazu temple with Lingnan architectural charm.
📍Mozishi Park: A photogenic cluster of natural rock formations.
📍Delta Island: Rent a speedboat to go snorkeling and see coral reefs.
Day 3: Ancient Huizhou City
📍Huizhou West Lake: A quieter and more niche garden compared to Hangzhou's West Lake.
📍Hejiang Tower: A historic landmark where the East and West Rivers meet.
📍Shuidong Street: Stroll through the arcade-lined old street and savor local snacks.
【Practical Tips】
🚗Transport: Self-driving is recommended as attractions are far apart. Xunliao Bay has an island loop bus.
🍤Food: Try seafood at Li Ji Da Pai Dang and traditional Huizhou snacks at A Ma Jiao.
🏨Accommodation: Stay near Honghai Bay in Shuangyue Bay and near Financial Street in Xunliao Bay.
Tips:
1. Sunscreen is a must—UV rays are intense by the sea!
2. Travel during off-peak seasons for a better experience—holidays get crowded.
3. Bargain for seafood; buying from markets and having restaurants cook it is the most cost-effective.
