Bali Valley Mountain and Water Secret Retreat: Summer Escape and Water Fun Leisure Tour

Visited Bali Valley many years ago, and what impressed me most was the flat paths, low steps, and waterside views all the way, making it a relaxing trip 🧊 This summer, I chose a laid-back water-themed family trip to Bali Valley with my kids [Cute]

1️⃣ Arrive in the evening 🏘 and check into a homestay inside the scenic area. Before sunset, head to nearby shallow waters for some fun. Return before dark—just a few minutes' walk back to the homestay—and enjoy farmhouse meals or BBQ.
Did some research beforehand and chose Riverside Retreat. Very satisfying stay—affordable on weekdays, super spacious rooms, with stunning mountain and river views from the balcony. The place was clean and tidy, the hostess was warm and attentive, and the food (especially BBQ) was delicious. 🍜🍚🍢🍺

2️⃣ Tianhe Grand Waterfall
Got up early the next day for a simple breakfast: freshly made scallion pancakes, corn porridge, and stir-fried veggies. Took the waterside route, playing and sightseeing along the way to the final stop 🏁—Central China's No. 1 Waterfall, Tianhe Waterfall.
Luckily, it rained, making it cooler than sunny weather. The mountain rain 🌧 came and went lightly, adding charm without disrupting the trip. Along the way, we admired emerald mountains, serene waters, and swimming fish, taking our time until we reached the waterfall.
Walking through the water curtain cave beneath the falls was refreshingly cool. For the return trip, we took the scenic shuttle (¥10/person) down the mountain—super convenient, just 10 minutes.
