The park comprises four major scenic areas: Jiulong Lake, with its breathtaking solitary peaks and enchanting scenery; Tonggu Rock, with its towering peaks and treacherous valleys and peculiar cliffs; Longmen Cliff, with its myriad trees and flowers and swaying bamboo; and Dawei Mountain, with its towering peaks and lush forests and misty seas of clouds. The park boasts 76 scenic spots, including 32 cultural attractions and 44 natural ones. The park's unique Danxia landforms, a masterpiece of nature, are adorned with striking peaks, deep valleys, refreshing air, picturesque waters, and winding paths.
The subtropical humid climate zone boasts mild weather year-round, abundant rainfall, distinct seasons, and a long frost-free period. Summers are cool and pleasant, with average temperatures ranging from 23 to 25 degrees Celsius in July, the hottest month, making it an ideal summer resort.
The scenic spots such as "Tianzhu Peak, the First Peak of Xiujiang River", "Nine Dragons Waterfall", "Ten Thousand Hus facing the Sky", "Bronze Drum Stone", "Seven-Layered Gate" etc. have formed the framework of "green" tourism in Tianzhu Peak.
