Recently, I experienced a slow-paced life in Huizhou and unexpectedly stayed at this fairy-tale guesthouse hidden by West Lake—Tranquil Courtyard, truly a stress relief paradise for city dwellers! The entire courtyard is surrounded by greenery and swimming fish, and every casual shot looks like an Instagram masterpiece📸
✅ Backing onto Zhongshan Park, a 5-minute walk to West Lake Scenic Area, 10 minutes to Shuidong Street, and nearby are lesser-known attractions like the Huizhou Prefecture Yamen Museum, making it super convenient for exploring and eating~
✅• Courtyard Aesthetics: The owner has great taste, and the public areas are decorated with a strong artistic vibe—green plants, blooming flowers, and a koi pond. Sitting on a rattan chair with a cup of tea instantly heals the mental fatigue of working life.
✅ The zebra wallpaper room we stayed in is full of design sense! The headboard features a tropical zebra pattern paired with solid wood furniture, and you can easily take magazine-style photos using your phone’s portrait mode. The bathroom has a minimalist industrial style, with gray walls and a round mirror perfect for selfies~
✅ Every day here is very healing—waking up to birdsong in the morning, playing with dogs and painting in the courtyard in the afternoon, and taking a stroll to West Lake to enjoy the night view. If you’re looking for a small courtyard to relax and unwind, this place is definitely the right choice!
