Little Korea in Hunchun

🔖Ethnic Korean Village Xinxing in Hunchun

🔵Name: Hunchun Ethnic Garden International Hotel
🔵Address: Linbei Street, North of Stadium, Hunchun City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture
🔵Price: Free

Hunchun is located in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, where nearly half of the local population are ethnic Koreans. It's no surprise that the city features a park designed in traditional Korean style.

The ethnic village is essentially a hotel complex with a picturesque park that includes Korean-style houses, a pond, pavilions, and even a small waterfall. While not as large or impressive as the one in Yanji, it is still worth a visit.

Entry to the park is free, even if you're not staying at the hotel. This spot is a favorite location for photoshoots. Visitors often dress in traditional Korean costumes and take family photos. You can book a photoshoot on-site, where they will provide costumes, hairstyling, and makeup—all included in the professional photographer's fee.

We came here simply to stroll, wander along the winding paths, and feel like we were back in Korea.

📷 The park offers plenty of picturesque spots for photos—from the charming houses with wooden roofs and pavilions to the scenic pond.

They say the park is especially beautiful in the evening when the lights come on. However, we visited during the day and still fell in love with the place. We wanted to linger under the shade of the trees, listen to the waterfall's gentle sound, and watch locals posing for photographers.

💛If you find yourself in Hunchun, make sure to visit this place to immerse yourself in the Yanbian culture.
