At Hurawalhi Island Resort, one of the highlights of our stay was a scenic lunch at Kashibo, the resort’s much-loved Asian restaurant perched right above the turquoise lagoon. With sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, it was the perfect spot to soak up the island’s beauty while enjoying a leisurely meal.

The menu is all about bold flavors and fresh seafood. We especially loved the Singapore-style grilled prawns—juicy, perfectly spiced, and bursting with flavor. Every dish was artfully plated, making it as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate.
