◼︎Fukuroda Falls
Located in Daigo Town, this waterfall is 120m high and 73m wide, and is one of the three most famous waterfalls in Japan.
The waterfall falls in four tiers down the rock wall, making it very dynamic.
◼︎Ryujin Suspension Bridge
This is an iron bridge over Ryujin Gorge, which is listed as one of the 100 most scenic spots in Ibaraki.
It is located in Okukuji Prefectural Natural Park.
You can also try pansy jumping.
◼︎Kasumigaura City History Museum
This is a museum of castle-style architecture that opened in 1987.
It displays folk materials related to fishing and agriculture that have supported the lives of the people of Kasumigaura City.
◼︎Ibaraki Airport
Easy access from all over northern Kanto, and free parking.
By car, it is about 35 minutes from Mito City and about 1 hour from Utsunomiya.
Very convenient.
