🛫 How to get to Kawah Ijen:

1. Fly from Bangkok/Laos → Bali (Denpasar)
Airlines: AirAsia, Scoot, Thai Lion Air, etc.
Duration: Approximately 4–5 hours.

2. Travel from Bali to Java Island (to Banyuwangi city)
🚢 Ferry from Gilimanuk (Bali) to Ketapang (East Java)
Travel time from Ubud or Canggu to the port: 3–4 hours.
Ferry duration: 1 hour.
🚗 From Ketapang port → Hotel in Banyuwangi: 15–30 minutes.

Start from the hotel: Around midnight.
Drive to the starting point (Paltuding): 1–1.5 hours.
Hiking distance: 3 km (approximately 1.5–2 hours).
