This is a cafe that you will fall in love with at first sight.
Located in Ganghwa Island, Incheon.
It is very troublesome to take public transportation from Seoul.
It is recommended to take a day trip or drive.
This cafe was established in 1937 as a textile factory and art gallery cafe. After a period of abandonment, it reopened as an art gallery cafe in the mid-2010s. Many locals also like to come here.
This cafe is very large and it is difficult to find the cashier without looking at the road sign. In addition to drinking coffee, eating desserts and checking in, I think this cafe is even a museum. It uses the old architectural style and also displays many old-style items. The most special thing is the facilities inside, such as the door handle which is made from an old iron. Outside the door, there are street lamps transformed from old textile machines, old telephone booths, tractors 🚜, and more discarded artworks. You can explore them yourself and feel the joy of traveling through time and space.
When you leave, remember to return the used plates to keep the cafe clean.
