✨️Goryeo Palace Site✨️ is a popular tourist attraction in Ganghwado. It is the site of the Goryeo palace located in Gwancheong-ri, Ganghwa-eup, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon Metropolitan City. It was designated as a historic site on June 10, 1964. The buildings of the Goryeo court included the main palace, Yeongyeonggung Palace, Ganganjeon Hall on the hill to the northeast, Gyeongnyeonggung Palace to the north of Seongmaru-ro upon entering Sodongmun Gate, Geondeokjeon Hall to the west of Jamun Pass in Okrim-ri, Jangnyeongjeon Hall to the east, Mannyeongjeon Hall to the rear, and Taemyojeongak (太廟殿閣) in Daemyo-dong outside Bukchangmun Gate, including Daegwanjeon Hall and Singyeokjeon Hall, but they are all gone now. Judging from the fact that additional palaces and temporary palaces were built here and there, we can see that the scale of the palace was massive. It is located in Gwancheong-ri, Ganghwa-eup, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon Metropolitan City. It's near Ganghwa County Office, so it's good to visit if you stay in Ganghwa City.
