Inner Mongolia Poplar Forest Guide:
✈️ By air: Guangzhou Baiyun - Ejin Banner Airport, or nearby airports in Jiuquan, Yinchuan, and Zhangye. Then take a car to Ejin Banner.
We visited two scenic areas: 📍Heicheng Ruoshui Poplar Forest Scenic Area and 📍Ejin Banner Poplar Forest Scenic Area.
📅 Best time to visit: Early October to mid-late October (about 21 days).
The poplar forest turned yellow earlier this year. When we visited in early October, it was already a little yellow.

📍Ejin Banner Poplar Forest Scenic Area
🎫 Ticket: CNY 240/person (including shuttle bus ticket)
🔺 The scenic area is divided into eight bridges, and you need to take a shuttle bus to enter the scenic area.
🪵 Tour route: Enter the scenic area from the first bridge and walk to the second bridge, then take a shuttle bus to the fourth bridge (the filming location of the movie "Hero"). After visiting the fourth bridge, you can go directly to the seventh bridge, and after visiting the seventh bridge, you can return to the second bridge to take a bus to the eighth bridge (desert landscape, where you can sandboard and ride camels).

Ruoshui Jinsha Bay Poplar Forest Scenic Area is very large, so remember to plan your time well. The oil painting forest is really beautiful.
The afternoon sun shines on the golden leaves, making them sparkle. It's really beautiful!
