Perak Tong Temple

Perak Tong Temple is a popular tourist attraction located in the city of Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. The temple is built inside a natural limestone cave on a hill known as Gunung Tasek. The temple is dedicated to the Chinese goddess of mercy, Kuan Yin.

The temple features a number of impressive statues and artwork, including a giant golden Buddha statue, a statue of Kuan Yin, and intricate carvings on the walls and ceilings of the cave. Visitors can also climb up a flight of stairs to reach a lookout point at the top of the hill, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Perak Tong Temple is open to visitors daily, and admission is free. However, donations are welcome to help with the maintenance and upkeep of the temple. Visitors are advised to dress modestly and to remove their shoes before entering the temple.
