Travel | Canoeing experience on Iriomote Island

Iriomote Island is an island in the Yaeyama Archipelago that belongs to Taketomi Town, Yaeyama District, Okinawa Prefecture.

We participated in the "Iriomote Island Monsoon" activity tour on Iriomote Island, where we tried out the "Easy Half-Day Course at Pinaisara Falls" that took us to the waterfall basin by canoeing and trekking.

The river flowed gently, so even beginners to canoeing could enjoy the mangrove forest and the river. We were blessed with good weather, and it was a pleasant half-day.
