Hitoshi in Ishigaki, Okinawa, serves delicious tuna

I visited "Hitoshi" on Ishigaki Island, Okinawa Prefecture, after hearing rumors that you can eat delicious tuna sashimi.

When I went to the restaurant without a reservation, I found myself on a waiting list, and waited for an hour.

I never imagined it was such a popular restaurant!

Remembering the saying that hunger is the best seasoning, I took a walk around the area to get my stomach in shape.

An hour later, I tried the tuna sashimi.

It was delicious.
