[Ishigaki Island] The northernmost scenic spot on Ishigaki Island

📍Hirakubo Lighthouse, Ishigaki Island

Hirakubozaki Lighthouse is located at the northernmost tip of Ishigaki Island.

A spectacular spot with a 360-degree view of the refreshing scenery and the beautiful gradation of the ocean.

There is only one bus route, Higashi Bus, and the number of buses is limited.

If you tell the bus driver that you are going to Hirakubo Lighthouse when you board, they will stop the bus at a convenient location.

Bus terminal 11:20 → Get off around 12:40 → Walk for 20 minutes → View the scenery → Get on the bus at 13:40 → Arrive at the bus terminal around 15:05

The second bus leaves around 17:00, but there are no cafes or tourist spots nearby, so it is difficult to miss the 13:40 bus.
It takes 3 hours round trip for just 1 hour of sightseeing, but it's worth it✨
The weather on the island changes all the time, but sunny days are recommended (although as you can see in the photo, it can suddenly get cloudy. The sea is still beautiful)
