A Kelepacha restaurant recommended by a local in Istanbul 👍
Kelepacha is a Turkish soup dish made by boiling the head of a sheep or cow. You know that the real restaurant is in the market? It is located in the Egyptian Bazaar and is visited by more locals than tourists!

Kelepacha was not as spicy as expected for its color and had a refreshing taste like lamb soup. If you are Korean, you might crave rice..
I also tried the side dishes and desserts, and they were all delicious.
I recommend visiting when you want to eat local Turkish food cheaply and take a market tour!
