At Hoshinoya Anjin Hotel in Ito, Japan, we enjoyed an unforgettable Japanese kaiseki dinner, which was an absolute treat for our taste buds.
We also opted for the upgraded dishes, one of which was upgraded to a bouillabaisse soup with precious ingredients such as Japanese lobster, red snapper and clams. The soup is rich and full of umami flavor, perfectly showcasing the essence of seafood. You can taste the umami flavor of the broth and the freshness of the fish in every bite. The waiter also recommended that we add rice to the soup. The taste of the rice was so pleasantly surprising that we couldn’t help but eat one mouthful after another.
The restaurant's decoration is full of playfulness and exotic style, allowing people to feel a touch of exotic culture while enjoying traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine. Fresh fish and shellfish combined with British cultural influences create a unique flavor experience. In this atmosphere, we raised our glasses to pay tribute to Miura Anzhen and the Age of Discovery, making this dinner even more memorable.
