When you come to Izu... you have to have seafood! I've already eaten the towering seafood bowl at Ito Marine Town... what should I do? And...
A seafood restaurant with fresh fish caught at Ito Port. It also operates as an izakaya in the evening.
The specialty here is "Uzuwameshi" made with Uzuwa, a type of bonito.
I ordered the specialty and another recommended dish, "Seafood Mizore Donburi".
Then the waiter brought me a guide (with illustrations) on how to eat it and I read it carefully.

1. First, sprinkle green chili peppers on it, then eat it as is, 2. Stir in the green chili peppers, put it on the rice and eat it in a bowl, and 3. Pour the broth on it and eat it as ochazuke.

The other seafood mizore donburi is made by mixing raw egg with wasabi, and when the towering seafood bowl arrived...click📸🤣Even with that explanation... pour the egg on it, mix it and eat it. Then add the broth and it becomes ochazuke. You can have as much rice and broth as you like!

Both were very delicious!
