My cafe exploration is going greatππ
This time, I went to Salon de the BiquetteβοΈπ±
I've been interested in their tarts ever since they were in Chikusaπ€
My long-cherished wish was that they would start serving dine-in at NagoyaκͺΜ€β‘
This tart is made with seasonal strawberries, Italian pistachios, and mascarpone cheese creamπ
The tartness of the strawberries, the aroma of pistachios, and the richness of the mascarpone are the bestπππβ
The tart dough isn't that thick, but I liked the overall delicious aroma π€πͺ½
The tea is apparently original, and I tried it because it was recommended π«πͺ
The name Mont Blanc sounds delicious π°
It's a blend of rich Assam and Darjeeling π«Άπ»β¨
It had a nice vanilla flavor πΌ
It seems like a hidden gem, but the restaurant was always full π«£ββ
