Japan's largest sea cave! Experience the mysterious and magnificent scenery 🌊✨

Keyano Ooto, located in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is one of the largest sea caves in Japan, and is a spectacular spot that will blow your mind with its scale🌿🌊
The huge cave, 64m high and 90m deep, is a natural work of art carved by the waves over many years✨
In particular, on the summer-only sightseeing boat, you can go into the cave and experience the mysterious space up close🚤💙

Access🚗🚃

The nearest station is JR Chikuhi Line's Chikuzen-Maebaru Station.
From the station, take the Showa bus to the Keya bus stop for about 30 minutes, then walk for about 10 minutes🚶♂️
By car, it takes about 50 minutes from Fukuoka city, and there is also free parking🅿️

Highlights & Recommended Seasons📸

You can view Keya no Daimon from land, but the sightseeing boat from April to November is definitely recommended🚤✨
The huge cave seen from the sea is very impressive, and on a sunny day the contrast with the clear blue sea is spectacular! Also, if you walk along the promenade, there is an observation point where you can look down on the cave from above🌿👀

Tip 📌

The operation status of the sightseeing boat changes depending on the weather, so it is essential to check in advance! Please note that on windy days, the tour may be cancelled. ⚠️
There is also a promenade that allows you to walk close to the cave, so you can enjoy it as if you were hiking. 👟🌿
