Feiqi Bridge is located in Hefei City, Anhui Province. According to legend, after Sun Quan was attacked, he jumped over the bridge on horseback to escape danger. Later, later generations called this Xiaoyao Bridge Feiqi Bridge.
According to legend, during the Three Kingdoms period, Cao Cao's general Zhang Liao commanded great power at Xiaoyaojin. After being attacked, Sun Quan escaped danger by leaping over the bridge on horseback. He composes the poem, "Retreating, whipping his steed, a jade dragon soars over Xiaoyaojin." Later generations dubbed Xiaoyaojin the Feiqi Bridge. Legend has it that it was originally located just south of the ancient Xiaoyaojin and east of Jiaonutai.
The Tang Dynasty poet Wu Zi also wrote the beautiful line "The small river bridge at the east gate, where the cavalry of the Wu lord once flew."
Although the original Feiqi Bridge is no longer visible today, relics such as "Feiqi Bridge Lane" can still be found.
