Iwakuni Castle, located in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is a beautiful mountain castle characterized by its tower, perched atop a mountain approximately 200 meters above sea level. ✨
Take the ropeway from Kintaikyo Bridge at the base of the mountain to the top and enjoy a spectacular view of the castle town, Nishiki River, and Kintaikyo Bridge below!

When you actually visit, the view from the tower is truly spectacular!

The ropeway ride is also fun, and I couldn't contain my excitement even before I started climbing. 🚡
🚃Access: Take a bus from JR Iwakuni Station for approximately 20 minutes, get off at Kintaikyo Bridge, and walk approximately 10 minutes to the ropeway station.
🚗By car: Approximately 10 minutes from Iwakuni IC on the Sanyo Expressway (parking available near Kintaikyo Bridge).
