Türkiye Travel Notes Izmir My first meal in Türkiye is super authentic kebab

We had just taken an early morning flight from the airport and were transferring to another flight. We couldn't check in at the hotel yet, so we needed to find a place to have a good meal. The first meal was the most famous kebap in Türkiye! The name of the restaurant is ERDOGAN KEBAPP.

Doner is German, meaning rotating, and Kebab comes from Arabic, referring to grilled meat on skewers. Turkish grilled meat is called Kebap or kebab. Together, it means: rotating grilled meat.

We tried chicken and beef, both tasted good and very fragrant, but the butter milk was actually a drink similar to yogurt, which we didn't like very much.
