Novotel Jakarta Cikini

Felt like staying at the new home! The most important thing was Novotel practices the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for corona virus prevention (Covid-19), not only for guests but also for all staff.
This hotel has the 5 star segment that a guest could wish for. Dont ask me about the room, it is great for sure. The room is absolutely spotlessly clean and meticulously designed with plenty of space. Amazing facilities in the room that I stayed and the environment here was exquisite which made my day.
I never actually tried the restaurant other than breakfast but what i did have was good.
All staff were super friendly but also very professional. The service is impeccable. During my stay i mostly assisted by Tamara. Thanks to her who always accommodating and helpfull with good advices.
I give my highest recommendation for this hotel and would definitely return, especially after this pandemic, covid 19, is over.
