Tomorrow, Thursday, the 172nd trip to Japan will be a 1-night, 2-day itinerary to Kobe. This marks the second consecutive month visiting Kobe, following last month. The 173rd trip is upcoming, while the 172nd trip was originally planned as a 2-night, 3-day itinerary: Gimpo-Haneda-Shinchitose-Okadama-Hakodate-Okushiri-Hakodate-Haneda-Gimpo.
However, due to the aftermath of the King's Declaration, the May trip was canceled, making the 172nd trip a visit to Kobe. This trip also involves a late-night arrival, so I'll be staying at the Princess Hotel in Kyoto for a relaxing hotel stay. On the first day, I'll enjoy afternoon tea at one location, and on the second day, I've already reserved a Kobe beef lunch.
A Kyoto restaurant reached out via Instagram DM inviting me for a meal, and I've requested a reservation for brunch on the second day. Initially, I was hesitant to go if there were conditions, but since they assured me there are none, I'll give it a try. (No backing out later! 🤙)
For the morning schedule on the second day, I was debating between visiting the Van Gogh exhibition or heading to Higashiomi City in Shiga Prefecture. However, to save costs, I've decided not to go anywhere, opting instead to have breakfast and relax without setting any specific plans. I'll likely spend time within Kyoto. Thank you.
