MINERALS CAFE, JAKARTA

Established since the end of 2019, I finally was able to visit Mineral Cafe at the end of 2020. After googling on the internet, it turns out that this cafe belongs to a celebrity couple, namely Desta and his wife Natasha Rizky. From the outside, this cafe looks simple with white paint decorated with several rows of potted plants in front of it. Entering inside, I was immediately spoiled with the eco-industrial design style with a minimalist concept. The wall elements are made as if they are unfinished, but therein lies the artistic value. Some ornamental plants are also present in the room, giving the impression of a comfortable shade.

The menu line here is quite diverse, I myself ordered one of the traditional menus called Mie Goreng Tek-tek (Rp.39,000, -) a plate of typical noodles from the wagon brothers with a sweet taste, rich in savory nuances that were delicious on the tongue. The stuffing is also a lot, there are chicken, eggs, vegetables and of course additional prawn crackers. Not only local menus, they also have Italian-style dishes such as Carbonara Fettuchine (Rp. 44,000,-). Seen from its appearance, this menu is so appetizing. The pasta texture is aldente with a creamy, milky, savory and delicious sauce. Don't forget there are additional pieces of smoked beef in it, you know.

For the drink I chose Es Kopi Susu (Rp. 37,000,-) served in a bottle complete with the Mineral Cafe logo, this drink has a coconut sensation with a sweet, creamy, milky taste and coffee that has a fairly strong acidity level. I really like it, because there are other styles and flavors that I just discovered here. In addition, I also ordered a warm drink in the form of Flat White (Rp. 35,000, -) the texture of this drink is so soft when you sip it. The milky nuance accompanied by the acidity of the coffee, immediately spoiled my tongue from the first sip...
