The last time I went to the Java coffee shop when I was studying in Bandung, I was really happy to be here again in Jakarta. The interior, which is similar to the one in Bandung, really makes me nostalgic. In Jakarta itself, Kopi Toko Djawa has opened 2 branches in Jakarta, in Menteng and in Pondok Indah. Well, this one in Menteng can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from Gondangdia Station! Public transport friendly, right?

Relaxing coffee while reading a book is the best at this shop. Moreover, wifi is not provided here, so it is not suitable if you want to work or laptop here. Maybe the goal is really being told to talk times, so no wifi is installed wkwkwk.

Here we order djawa shop iced coffee and almond croissant. The djawa shop's iced coffee is just like any other iced coffee milk in our opinion. He's the type of iced kopi susu that tastes like coffee and isn't creamy. The almond croissant is also okay. It's cool here, they have a lot of pastries to accompany sikopi which the price goes into the pocket.
Do you prefer the Jakarta version of the Java coffee shop or the Bandung version?
