SUBO PASAR SANTA JAKARTA

In the beginning, Subo has been around since 2014 at Santa Market, still in the form of a vinyl store, you can see the full story through their Instagram highlights. The meaning of the word "Subo" is from the Greek acronym Summun Bonnum which means the Highest Good. For those of you who want to visit Subo, you need to make an appointment in advance, Subo provides hourly sessions from noon to night, the time limit is 2 hours with a max. 10 people in the session. After the reservation, you will be given the location of Subo's hideout. Later when you arrive, you can relax in their indoor atmosphere which is very homey, as well as feel the experience of listening to music that has been curated through Lenco turntables, Thorens TD 125, Garrard 401 and JBL L150 speakers arranged nicely in one corner of the Subo. Relaxing in their small backyard is also a must try because it is quite unique and refreshing that will make you want to take pictures for sure.

At Subo there is a minimum order of 150K. You can enjoy manually brewed coffee, non coffee, mocktails. Channel of Mating and Stubborness, two of our favorite signature coffee mocktails when we come to Subo. As for the food itself, it depends on availability when Sis Intan is cooking one of her curated dishes such as Mie Ayam Lidah Smoked Sambal Matah, it's delicious! Oh yes, you can also make event reservations and enjoy Subo Sunset City Club where you will be served a BBQ Platter and of course Subo's signature drink on the rooftop.
