Luxury Retreat Experience

This is genuinely one of the most luxurious hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The room was exquisite, very private, and the butler service was exceptional—prompt with addressing any request regardless of the time. The entire establishment is maintained so well, truly resembling a palace. The only minor inconvenience is needing to visit the Hilton next door to use the men's pool. However, a large gym and various racket sports ensure there are always activities to indulge in. Special mention to Abdullah Dafterdar at reception, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful when I encountered a payment issue during checkout. He explained everything clearly and even went above and beyond with the final bill difference. Furthermore, he offered valuable insights about the city and places to explore. Waldorf is fortunate to have him!
