🇰🇷 Jeju South Korea's highest mountain Hallasan 🏔️ Shortest hiking trail⛰️

Hallasan is 1947 meters high and is the highest mountain in South Korea. It is the most beautiful when covered with snow, so more people come to hike in winter. This time in Jeju, since I live near Hallasan, I decided to hike near the lower part of Hallasan National Park. Since I am a super beginner, it is really just a short 1-2 hours of hiking and sightseeing.

This is a wetland park located at an altitude of 1100 meters. There are actually buses up there. This time I took a Kakao taxi. ✌🏻 There are several statues here, including a white deer. There is also the highest convenience store in South Korea, GS25. I went there at the end of March, and the snow had just melted, but the trees in the wetland park had not grown back yet, so it looked rather desolate. The wetland park is connected by a wooden bridge. You can see the whole wetland park by walking along the wooden bridge 🌳

Jeju Eorimok | Eorimok

The "Eorimok" hiking trail on Hallasan Mountain is 1.3km long. You can reach the top of the mountain at 1,169 meters by climbing the stairs for 30 minutes! 🌳 Apart from Koreans, the most common people I see are Hong Kong people🤣Hong Kong people really love hiking🤣

🚙 You can get there even without a car! Take a taxi or bus No. 240 and get off/get on at 어리목입구! Please pay attention to the prohibited time for entering the mountains when traveling by car
🥶 The weather in Jeju is really extreme. It was extremely windy that day. I almost got blown away by the wind and dared not put the bag on the ground. It was 15 degrees but the wind was so cold it felt like 5 degrees 🥲 The weather changed so quickly. I could see the mountain 5 minutes ago but suddenly a few big clouds came and the mountain disappeared 🤣
