🇰🇷South Korea Jeju Island-Udo Island 우도

#小岛 Niu Island is located in the eastern waters of Jeju Island, South Korea. It is a beautiful and charming island 🏝️, famous for its magnificent natural scenery and rich marine ecology. The island has clear blue waters 🌊 and fine white sand beaches 🏖️, especially the "Seibin White Sand Beach", which is considered one of the must-see attractions when visiting Udo Island. You can enjoy a cool stroll in the sea here~

There are also many hiking trails on the island for visitors to stroll and enjoy the magnificent coastline and unparalleled natural beauty. The sunrise and sunset at Udo Island are even more beautiful! Whether you want to spend some relaxing time with family and friends, or enjoy the tranquility of nature alone, this is an ideal holiday destination.

Another must-visit spot is Udobong’s “Wind Hill”! Niudao Peak is the highest point on the island, with an altitude of 132 meters. From here you can also see the Seongsan Sunrise Peak in the distance!

You can take a ferry to Niu Island, which only takes about 15 minutes one way, but please note that the last return boat is usually around 5 or 6 pm, so be sure to master the time.

The main means of transportation on Niu Island are bicycles 🚲 and electric vehicles 🛺, and there are also buses 🚌 available on the island. After getting off the ship, you can see many car rental companies along the way, which is convenient for you to choose.

This time I chose to explore the island by bicycle, which not only gave me more freedom but also allowed me to reach corners that buses couldn’t reach! Even in winter, riding a bicycle on Niu Island and basking in the sun 🌞 is super comfortable! ! !

There are two must-try delicacies when you go to Udo: peanut ice cream 🥜 and Hallasan fried rice! You can stop and eat at any restaurant you see along the way (if you’re not sure which one to eat at, just choose the one with the longest queue!). This time I ordered a set meal, which included Hallasan fried rice (볶음밥), seafood noodles (짬뽕), jajangmyeon (짜장면) and sweet and sour pork (탕수육), and it tasted amazing! ! ! Recommend to everyone 😋
