Can I go to Hallasan on a rainy day?

Many people plan to visit Hallasan for a day as part of their Jeju Island travel itinerary, but

If it's windy and rainy, you can't go all the way to the summit due to the worsening weather and can only explore up to Samgakbong!!

I went up to Samgakbong via Gwaneumsa Temple, and there was a store across from the entrance to Gwaneumsa Temple that sold raincoats~~ You can also buy simple snacks at the store.

There are restrooms here and there along the way, and the path is well-maintained and safe.
