White striped fish/silver striped fish (은갈치) is a specialty of Jeju Island, South Korea. This trip to Jeju, my Korean friend carefully found an original Jeju restaurant to enjoy the authentic flavor 👍

▫️Seaweed Soup, Cauliflower Grapefruit Salad, Dried Fish Peanuts, Dried Asparagus, Kimchi, Seaweed and Stone Cucumber Cucumber Cool (우무)
The seaweed soup is very sweet and seafood flavor, dried fish peanuts 🥜 great with wine 🍺 We kept eating after adding and adding again 😂. The stone cabbage and cucumber soda is very special. It's so cool after eating it😊

▫️ Kimchi pizza ~ very tasty not too spicy

▫️ Bacon Stone Pot Rice ~ Has very rich bacon slices, fresh and easy to bite. Most appreciated that his bacon sauce was delicious. Then the clerk taught us to add the butter and then add the secret sauce, stir in a hot stone pot 🥢🍚. After eating, add boiling water and eat the rice crumbs from the pot 👍 satisfying.

▫️ Whole grilled white striped fish🐟 ~ The aroma and golden color of grilled fish are too attractive. The shopkeeper used 2 spoons 🥄🥄 to remove the bones from the white ribbon fish in a skillful way. The whole process is very exciting like watching acrobatics 🤹 ♀️ clean and rhythmic 👏.
The fish tastes fresh and sweet, not fishy at all, and the meat is very smooth. You can roll up the kale with Korean hot sauce or seaweed and eat it.

The restaurant has been in business for more than 20 years and is a stone pot rice restaurant specialty. The main ingredients are white striped fish, octopus, seaweed and squid from Jeju Island. There is a coffee machine and tea bags at the door to brew for free 👍
