Hualien Huilan Bridge｜A leisurely place for locals to walk and ride bicycles

It's a pity to come to Hualien because it's mostly cloudy, so I still came to walk around the Huilan Bridge. When the weather is good, it's a good place for many people to walk, jog, and ride bicycles. You can see the sea view of the estuary, which is very nice.
