The best viewing period for Zengjiashan’s red leaves is from mid to late October to early November; Wangcang’s red leaves are most vivid and concentrated from mid to late October to early November; while Tangjiahe’s colorful forest viewing period can last from late October to late November, with high-altitude areas’ autumn colors even extending to mid-December.

· Zengjiashan: Head to Yuanyangchi Forest Park, where over 90% forest coverage immerses you in a sea of colorful trees. Climb the Xuan Kengya Viewing Platform to capture the “S”-shaped road surrounded by red leaves. Don’t miss the open lawns of Linjiaba and the vibrant colors of Wangyuanshan.
· Wangcang: The Yanjinghe Canyon is the core area for red leaf viewing, known as a “paradise for painters and a haven for photographers.” The autumn colors of Guchengshan–Qilixia Scenic Area come with a natural “oil painting filter.” You can also visit the Micangshan Grand Canyon to see the fusion of red leaves and geological wonders.
