📍Jinxian Gate
Jinxian Gate, one of the eight ancient scenic spots in Jieyang, is the historical symbol of Jieyang. It was built in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of hundreds of years. The exquisitely carved wooden window grilles, ancient brick carvings and gate pillars on the gatehouse are all full of historical sense. At 7 o'clock in the morning, the sunlight shines through the triple-eaved hip roof and casts diamond-shaped spots of light on the blue brick city wall, which is very photogenic. The rooftop of the department store opposite is a hidden camera location for panoramic aerial shots.

📍Jieyang Palace
This was an important cultural site in the Chaoshan area during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is also the largest Confucius Temple in the south with an elegant architectural style. There are many well-preserved stone carvings, wood carvings and ancient cultural relics in the palace. Each of the 24 lattice doors of the Dacheng Hall is carved with classic scenes from The Analects of Confucius. The red walls and golden tiles are very suitable for taking costume photos.

📍Chenghuang Temple
The Jieyang City God Temple, which was first built in the Ming Dynasty, is a temple dedicated to the City God. It is also a good place to learn about Jieyang’s folk culture. There are many sculptures, murals and historical relics in the temple. The most gorgeous gilded wooden dragon in Jieyang is perched on the crossbeam of the main hall. Remember to bring a coin and throw it at the lion statue on the roof, which is said to bring good luck for the whole year.

📍Jieyang Tower
Jieyang Tower, known as the "No. 1 Tower in Chaoshan", is one of the symbols of Jieyang. The historical archives gallery in front of the city gate and the large tripod in front of the building are both good places to take photos. Climbing to the top of the building, you can also overlook the beautiful scenery of the entire Jieyang city.

📍Qingshi Cultural Tourism Area
A comprehensive scenic spot with Chaoshan ancient buildings as its main body, there are small bridges, flowing water, folk tunes, and some graffiti. Every Saturday morning, inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage will make lion heads on site. You can also turn a corner to see the more primitive alleys and experience the strong Chaoshan style.

📍Datong Street, Shishi Bridge
Datong Street has a history of more than 800 years and has many shops that have been open for decades. Here you can experience the traditional copper making craftsmanship. The stone lions at Shishi Bridge are beautifully shaped, and local people will touch them to pray for blessings. Different parts of the lions have different meanings.

📍Zhongshan Road
Zhongshan Road is a century-old street with almost all arcade buildings. It is home to many local delicacies. You can eat and walk around here and feel the lively atmosphere of Jieyang.

📍Shuangfeng Temple
Together with Kaiyuan Temple in Chaozhou and Lingshan Temple in Chaoyang, it is known as one of the "Three Famous Temples in Chao County". The Evening Bells of Shuangfeng is also one of the Eight Scenic Spots in Jieyang. The temple has a quiet environment and is full of incense. 📍Huangqishan Forest Park
