Heihu Spring is one of the four major spring groups in Jinan.
It is located in the Ring City Park and its water volume is second only to Baotu Spring.

The "Hei 乕泉" in the middle of the stone tablet is a variant of the Chinese character for tiger.

Black Tiger Spring is formed by a natural cave. When the spring water gushes out, there is a rough sound, which is similar to the roar of a tiger, so it is named: Black Tiger Spring.

Open to the public free of charge, you can come at any time, it is the most popular place among locals,
and it is also the place where old Jinan people get water.

There is a water collection point. Scan WeChat and spring water will flow out (about ten seconds). You can also follow the local people to collect water directly from the moat.
