I particularly enjoyed watching master craftsmen demonstrate wheel-throwing skills, and you can try pottery-making in the DIY area (fees range from ¥50-100).

Practical tips:
1. Many steps in the scenic area - wear comfortable flats;
2. Bring sun protection as outdoor areas get very sunny;
3. The ancient kiln exhibition area stops admitting visitors at 4:30pm - plan your time well.

Ticket: Free (reservation required)
Opening hours: 9:00-17:00 (closed Mondays)
This comprehensive museum showcases Chinese ceramic history from Neolithic times to modern works. Renting an audio guide (¥20) helps appreciate important exhibits better. I spent 3 fascinating hours here!
